India will be looking to secure a whitewash when they take on Zimbabwe in the third and final T20I of the series on Sunday, July 26, a day after wrapping up the contest at the Harare Sports Club in the country’s capital city.
The Men in Blue have won their first series under new captain Shreyas Iyer. This was a welcome change for the defending T20 champions after they suffered defeats to Ireland and England without winning a single game. India won the second game of the series in commanding fashion, winning by 90 runs and thus taking the trophy home.
Zimbabwe, on the other hand, suffered from a reality check after their victories over Bangladesh in the series prior. The Chevrons will be looking to end the series on a high in front of their home fans.
