Former India wicketkeeper Parthiv Patel believes Rohit Sharma has the abilities and experience to deliver a memorable performance at Lord’s this Sunday, despite two poor starts in the current ODI series against England. Despite reports that the Lord’s encounter might be the veteran’s final international appearance, Patel is certain that the seasoned opener can play when it matters most.
After managing just 11 in the first ODI at Edgbaston, Rohit scored 26 from 47 balls in Cardiff. The series is knotted at one before the final.
