In the last over of Rajasthan Royals’ innings against Gujarat Titans in the IPL 2026 match on May 29 in Mullanpur, Donovan Ferreira brutally attacked Rashid Khan.
Halfway down the pitch on the second ball of the over, Rashid dropped it short, starting the chaos. Rashid sent up a googly around off stump on the very next delivery, but Ferreira bent over and slog-swept it with the turn over deep mid-wicket for another maximum.
Donovan Ferreira swiftly responded, launching the delivery over long-on for a huge six.
Rashid bowled short outside off on the fourth delivery, but Ferreira resumed the assault. Despite the respectable delivery, the RR finisher stayed deep in the crease and used incredible force to hammer it flat over far off. Rashid pitched the last ball full and outside off to end the over, and Ferreira approached the pitch before masterfully lofting it inside-out over deep extra cover.
